EXCITIM will work with your engineering and commercial teams to identify and analyse the business fit for new business development strategies and new product development concepts and technologies and convert them into new sales.

 

EXCITIM uses a structured approach to commercialising technology and new business development. At each of the five stages in the Commercialising Technology process concepts are assessed against business screens set by the management team.

Failure to satisfy all requirements during screening may signal the possibility the concept is less promising that hypothesised. In all cases the management team must confirm either a ‘go’ status before each product development is allowed to continue. Alternatively, a ‘no-go’ decision confirms the product development halted and the concept is archived.
